This policy explains what InterCorp Services, Bangalore, Karnataka, India collects through cv2excel.app and the CV2Excel software.

Resumes stay on your computer

CV2Excel runs offline. Resumes you process, and the Excel file it creates, never leave your computer and are never sent to us or anyone else.

What we collect when you buy

Name or agency name, email address and mobile number — to send your licence and provide support.
Machine Code of your PC — a code derived from your Windows installation, used only to issue a licence key for that PC. It contains no personal information.
Payment details are handled by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment status, amount and reference ID.

How we use it

To deliver and re-send licence keys, provide support, process refunds, and send important notices about the Software (such as updates). We do not sell or rent your data. We will only send marketing messages if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored with our payment provider (Razorpay) and in our business email (Google Workspace). The website is hosted by Vercel.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for your licence and as required by Indian tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements) by writing to support@cv2excel.app. This policy is intended to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
