7-day money-back

• If CV2Excel does not work on your PC, or does not do what this website describes, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@cv2excel.app or WhatsApp +91 77923 01993 with your Order ID.
• We will first try to fix the problem. If we can't, or you still want a refund, we refund the full amount.
• For Agency and Team packs, refunds within 7 days are for the full pack.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. The bank may take a few more days to show it. After a refund, the licence for that order is cancelled and the licence key(s) must no longer be used.

Cancellation

Because the licence key is delivered instantly by email, an order cannot be cancelled once paid — please use the 7-day money-back instead. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

After 7 days

Refunds are not normally given after 7 days, except where required by law. Support remains available.
