These terms apply to the purchase and use of CV2Excel (“the Software”), sold by InterCorp Services, Bangalore, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”) through cv2excel.app. The full End User Licence Agreement is shown when you install the Software; in case of conflict, the EULA applies.

1. Licence

A Single PC licence lets you install and use the Software on one Windows PC, identified by its Machine Code. Agency (3 PCs) and Team (10 PCs) packs cover the stated number of PCs.
The licence is perpetual for the version(s) released during your 12-month update period. After that, your installed version keeps working; newer versions may require renewal.
You may not resell, share, reverse-engineer or remove licence checks from the Software.

2. Free trial

The trial lets you process 30 resumes with all features, so you can check the Software on your own files before paying.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

4. Delivery

The licence key is delivered by email, normally within a minute of payment. See the Delivery policy.

5. Refunds

6. Your data

The Software processes resumes only on your computer. You are responsible for handling candidates' personal data lawfully, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy policy.

7. Accuracy and liability

Information is extracted automatically and may contain errors; please check important details against the original resume. The Software is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
